Guided by the Exceptional

SEEKR is led by individuals who have operated at the highest levels of human performance,  in extreme environments, under real pressure.

FACILITATOR PROFILES

Lived Experience

Anthony “Staz” Stazicker is a former UK Special Forces operator and co-founder of ThruDark.

His background is shaped by years spent operating in high-risk, high-consequence environments where performance, resilience and decision-making are tested under real pressure. Since leaving military service, he has applied these principles to building a globally respected performance brand rooted in discipline, purpose and action.

Philosophy

Staz believes that most people live far below their true capability. His approach centres on deliberate discomfort, personal responsibility and earned confidence. Growth is not theoretical - it is built through consistent exposure to challenge, honest self-assessment and taking ownership of outcomes.

What Participants Gain

Participants gain a recalibrated understanding of their physical and mental limits, practical tools for operating under pressure, and a grounded approach to leadership and self-belief. The confidence developed is earned, not given.

Lived Experience

Chemmy Alcott is a former World Cup alpine ski racer who represented Great Britain at three Winter Olympic Games. Her career includes podium finishes, national titles and multiple serious injuries that required repeated comebacks at the highest level of sport. Beyond competition, she is a respected broadcaster and performance mentor with deep insight into elite environments.

Philosophy

Chemmy’s philosophy is built on adaptability, resilience and long-term thinking. She understands that progress is rarely linear and that setbacks are not failures, but data. Sustainable performance comes from learning how to reset, rebuild and return stronger.

What Participants Gain

Participants gain insight into elite performance under pressure, tools for managing setbacks and uncertainty, and a refined understanding of mental resilience. Chemmy brings clarity on how to perform consistently when conditions - internal or external- are unpredictable.

Lived Experience

Susanna Søberg is a Danish scientist, cold exposure researcher and founder of the Søberg Institute. She holds a PhD in metabolism and has spent years studying the physiological and psychological effects of cold and heat exposure on the human body. Her work bridges cutting-edge science with practical, real-world application.

Philosophy

Susanna’s philosophy is rooted in evidence, not trends. She believes that controlled stressors such as cold exposure are powerful tools for improving resilience, metabolic health and mental clarity - when applied with intention and understanding. Precision, safety and education are central to her approach.

What Participants Gain

Participants gain a scientifically grounded understanding of how cold exposure affects performance and recovery, along with practical protocols they can safely apply long after the journey ends. Her guidance provides clarity, confidence and measurable tools for long-term physical and mental optimisation.
